We are so thankful to be building our Live + Love Doodle family across America and helping families find their perfect Doodle Buddy!

WRIGLEY

(from Maggie’s Firehouse Litter, May 2021)
”Finding Live+Love Doodles was by far one of, if not the best thing, that happened to me in 2021. Finding reliable and genuine breeders was challenging and almost made me give up on finding my furever buddy. From my first conversation with [Rachel], I knew they were special people. They pour endless love into their dogs and litters, which has shown with my furever buddy, Wrigley.

Between my first email with Rachel to picking Wrigley up (6 weeks or so later), Rachel sent me videos and pictures of my furry friend and started to call him by his new name. I drove 21 hours from Chicago to Utah to pick Wrigley up, and it was more than worth it, from the moment I held him.

Wrigley is now 1.5 years old, and I love him more and more every day. He is calm-mannered, loving, and the biggest cuddle bug. But he also loves playing with other dogs (big and small), running outside and being adventurous, chasing geese into ponds, being curious George, and tagging along for car rides. He is incredibly smart, which made training a breeze. Wrigley has such a funny personality that makes my family and I laugh and smile constantly. He is such a joy in my life, and I can’t thank Live+Love Doodles enough. I owe much of my daily happiness to them, and the little Doodle they helped bring into my world!”

GRIZZLY

(From Scout’s Magic Litter, September 2020)
“We purchased our micro mini Labradoodle from Rachel. She was wonderful to communicate with from the start and encouraged visits to see our puppy and the parents. Both parents sealed the deal - wonderful dogs who are so sweet and obviously well-loved. Our puppy, named Grizzly, is now almost 14 weeks old and a doll. Of course he is still a puppy and far from perfect, but he is so sweet and was sleeping in his create through the nights by the 4th night well adjusted. We don’t have children in the house, but he loves them - always drawn to kids when we take him on walks. He is also simply adorable - a real teddy bear face. Last, but definitely not least, he was hiking his first weekend with us and loved it!”

MOLLY

(From Scout’s Magic Litter, September 2020)
”We picked up our new puppy, Molly, on October 19th, her 8 week birthday. She is a happy, healthy, and sometimes mischievous little girl. Being raised from birth with a bunch of kids, she is remarkably well socialized. We couldn’t be happier with our selection of both our puppy and her breeder.”

GINNY

(From Scout’s Magic Litter, September 2020)
”Could not be happier that we came across Rachel’s ad for Micro Labradoodles on KSL. We were so excited about these adorable red puppies but we had no idea the awesome experience we would have! When I talked with Rachel she answered every single question we had. We were able to visit as often as we wanted and see our sweet Ginny with her siblings and parents. They were so accommodating and made us feel welcome!

Rachel’s puppies are raised with her sweet family and socialized so well! Plenty of animals, people, and experiences for the puppies to explore. Our puppy was so well cared for and was given an amazing care package to transition to her forever home. And she was litter box trained which was a huge help!

We could not be happier with our adorable girl. She has the best playful temperament and has really fit in with our family. Not to mention she was happy and healthy when we brought her home! Thank you so much, Skinner family, for our little sweetie!”

GINGER

(from Maggie’s Christmas Litter, December 2020)

“We feel so grateful that we found Live + Love Doodles! Rachel was so wonderful to work with from day one. She was very responsive and knowledgeable with all our questions and even let us come see and hold all the puppies before we even made a decision if it was the right time for our family to get a puppy! She has a caring, bubbly, fun, and sweet personality that made us instantly know her dogs and puppies are well-loved and taken care of!

After we chose our puppy, Rachel kept us updated with how our puppy was growing and doing weekly and also sent a lot of pictures! We have had our perfect pup Ginger (formerly Ivy) for three weeks now. She was a Christmas morning surprise for our kids… best Christmas EVER!! When Ginger joined our family, she was litter box trained (SO awesome!), not nervous about a crate and slept in it great, and was on a good meal schedule. Ginger is so smart and has been very easy to train the basic skills all dogs need (sit, stay, come, leave it, etc.) and we are now working on some fun tricks and leash training!

One of the other things we are very grateful for is how well-adjusted Ginger is to kids and loud sounds. We are having SO much fun and we are all obsessed with our new puppy! We couldn’t be happier with our experience! So happy to have our sweet Ginger girl! Thank you so much Live + Love Doodles!”

MAGGIE

(from Maggie’s Christmas Litter, December 2020)

“Maggie has been the absolute sweetest addition to our family! We couldn’t have asked for a better breeder!! Before we got our puppy we received pictures and updates and felt as though we were already part of our puppy’s life! We brought Maggie home and she is the best, sweetest, most loveable dog! Thank you, Rachel!”

ROSIE

(from Maggie’s Christmas Litter, December 2020)

“Rosie is seriously the best dog ever! I truly owe that to Rachel and the way she took care of her. Rachel started potty training Rosie before we got her, socialized her SO well with all her kids and other dogs, and was super responsive! She let me come over to play with Rosie any time I wanted to. She was so cool about it. Rosie is my first puppy, and Rachel definitely helped me prepare for her. She came home with a bell for the door, a blanket with mom’s scent, some food, and some other things I can’t remember right now! If you’re searching for the right breeder, look no further!”

HONEY

(from Maggie’s Christmas Litter, December 2020)

“I’ve always wanted a Doodle and was so excited to bring Honey home. She is full of energy and personality and loves to hang out with our 5-year-old Golden Retriever mix, Abby. She keeps us on our toes with how smart she is, from using her potty bell at the door to let us know that she wants to go play outside to ‘helping’ us weed the garden (she’s never pulled up anything but weeds!). She has been great with our Abby who is usually afraid of other dogs, and they’ve become great buddies and partners in crime. She has also learned to leave our 13-year-old cat alone and give her the space she needs which was a big worry that we had. She came home to Florida incredibly well socialized and is great with kids and other dogs. Our neighbors’ kids love how affectionate she is and how much she loves to play, and we love the snuggles we get from her!

Rachel and her family did amazingly well preparing Honey to come home. She has been so easy to train because of all the hard work that was put into her and her siblings. She took to the potty bell super quickly, has been easy to house train, and we love that she is litter box trained (hurricane season will be a lot easier to manage with that skill!). After we chose Honey, Rachel kept us updated with photos, videos, and texts about how she was doing. We are so grateful and couldn’t have asked for a better experience or better little doodle!”

BABY WAFFLES

(from Scout’s Muppet Litter, March 2021)

“When people meet our puppy they just die over how much she loves humans and how smart she is! And that’s when I tell them about our breeder, Rachel! I wish all puppies had a chance to have such an attentive and fun loving breeder-mom like her! The puppies are so smart and friendly and unafraid of even small children because they are played with and loved on a daily from such a young age. This makes all the difference in their early development. We had a different puppy last year and the experience was night and day.

Our little doodle learned the command to ‘sit’ the second day we brought her home, whereas we had to work for months to teach our other puppy commands. This puppy also potty trained and crate trained like it was her idea! I think this is largely due to the difference in the interaction they received in those early critical weeks of life when so many of their nerves and brain synopsis are developing. The other puppy we got last year sadly was born and left in an outside dog run away from human contact and had her mother taken from her at 5 weeks of age. When I went to pick her up from the breeder and met the other puppies, they seemed uninterested in us and even fearful.

What contrast to Rachel’s puppies, who run to greet you and give kisses so happily! I know Rachel can’t supply a pup to every family who wants one, so my best advice to those searching for a new family friend is research the breeder before you buy a puppy. Find out how they were cared for and interacted with in those early weeks.

Also, when we picked up our pup, we were given a set of potty training bells, a toy and blanket that smelled like her mom and siblings, and even a cute rice sock that we could warm in the microwave to recreate the sensation of the puppy pile when she sleeps. Rachel just thought of everything! I can’t recommend her enough!”

ROSIE

(from Scout’s Muppet Litter, March 2021)

When we decided we wanted to add another furry member to our furever family, there was no question we would turn to Rachel. Having known Rachel and her wonderful family for years, it was an easy call. Everything Rachel does, she does with passion and commitment and Live + Love Doodles is no exception. It was amazing the way Rachel included us in every step of the process. We loved the tons and tons of pictures and texts as we eagerly awaited the day we could pick up our Rosie. Rachel took all my calls and texts in stride and answered all my questions. The inclusion of her entire family in the process really touched our hearts. Since we were bringing Rosie back to a big brother rescue dog and tons of grandkids who visit regularly, it was important that Rosie be socialized and able to go with the flow. Knowing that the Skinner family makes every puppy a part of their family life was awesome - and we got to see the benefits in action when we went to their home to pick up Rosie.

Rosie has been with us for two weeks. She and her sister, who now lives down the road from us, endured a nine hour car ride in a snowstorm like champs! Rosie and her big brother Stormy are getting along famously - they play, they cuddle, and they fight. We’ve had a playdate in the snow with her sister. Rosie is sweet, adaptable, and a joy. We love that she has so quickly adapted to our favorite snuggle time in bed each evening and morning. Rosie is just plain awesome and we love her.

It’s hard to capture just how over the moon we are with our Rosie and our puppy journey with Rachel. I think Rachel’s adorable daughter summed it up best when after meeting us she proclaimed us family. Yes, Adelyn, we are honored to be a part of your family!
